Shipping policy

Physical products ordered from this website are printed and shipped from our facilities in Texas. Unless there is something unusual about an order, it ought to leave our facility the following business day.

Our preferred Standard method is United States Postal Service Media Mail which takes 5-10 business days. We wouldn't recommend Media Mail unless you can wait two weeks to receive your product. Our preferred Expedited method is FedEx Express which typically takes between 2-4 business days. Neither method is a guaranteed service, so transit times may vary.

Failed deliveries because of a customer's absence at the requested shipping address or an incorrectly provided shipping address will result in a surcharge if reshipped. Failed deliveries may not qualify for a full refund.

International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. They can be subject to customs delays, so no reliable delivery estimate can be provided. International shipping is not required for overseas U.S. military addresses or U.S. territories serviced by the United States Postal Service.
